Waiver of Liability

PARTICIPANT RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK

This agreement releases Arizona Luxury Expeditions L.L.C. and their employees, officers or agents from all liability relating to injuries that may occur while wilderness camping and hiking with Arizona Luxury Expeditions L.L.C. By signing this agreement, I agree to hold Arizona Luxury Expeditions L.L.C. employees, officers or agents entirely free from legal liability, including financial responsibility for injures incurred, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH LOSS IS CAUSED BY THE REPRESENTATIVES OF ARIZONA LUXURY EXPEDITIONS L.L.C. THEIR EMPLOYEES,OFFICERS OR AGENTS.

I acknowledge the risks involved in the activities of wilderness camping and hiking. These include but are not limited to any or all injuries,disability and even death. I swear that I am participating voluntarily and that all risks have been made clear to me. Additionally, I do not have any conditions that will increase my likelihood of experiencing injuries while engaging in this activity, and if so,will exempt myself from such activities.

I further hereby, AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS ARIZONA LUXURY EXPEDITIONS L.L.C.,THEIR EMPLOYEES,OFFICERS OR AGENTS from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorney’s fees that may incur due by my participation in said activities, WHETHER CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE OF ARIZONA LUXURY EXPEDITIONS L.L.C. THEIR EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS , AGENTS or otherwise, to the full extent of the law.This agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction within the state of Arizona and any legal action involving the parties to this agreement is within the exclusive jurisdiction of and shall be brought in the jurisdiction in state of Arizona.

By signing below, I forfeit all right to bring a legal suit against ARIZONA LUXURY EXPEDITIONS L.L.C. THEIR EMPLOYEES,OFFICERS OR AGENTS for any reason. I have read the forgoing WAIVER OF LIABILITY and HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT, understand it and sign it voluntarily as my own free act and deed; no oral representations, statements, or inducements, apart from the foregoing written agreement have been made; I am at least eighteen(18) years of age and fully competent; and I execute this agreement for full, adequate and complete consideration fully intending be bound by the same. I will also make every effort to obey safety precautions as listed in writing and as explained to me verbally. I will ask for clarification when needed.
