26. Consent to ID Capture & Fraud-Prevention Use (Illinois PIPA). By agreeing to and signing this document, I authorize Sky Team, Inc. to photograph my government-issued driver’s license/state ID today solely to verify my identity and to prevent, detect, and respond to payment fraud related to my purchase(s), including payment processing, chargeback responses, collections, and related actions. We will not use your ID image or the information on it for marketing or unrelated purposes. We will not sell or lease this information. We may share it only with our payment processor, fraud-prevention service providers, or law enforcement, as needed for fraud prevention, payment disputes, collections, or as required by law. We keep the ID image and related data indefinitely. We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (including encryption, access controls, and logging) to protect this information and require our service providers to do the same. We do not use facial recognition or scan facial geometry from your photo. If in the future we use any technology that collects or analyzes your biometric identifiers or information, we will first provide a separate written notice and obtain your written/electronic consent as required by Illinois law, and we will publish a retention/destruction schedule. If you do not consent, we may be unable to complete card-not-present/high-risk transactions. You may request deletion earlier if legally permissible and no open disputes exist.
