I expressly waive my right to any intellectual property protection in my images and/or likeness including but limited to copyright and or trademark protection. Smash Brothers Rage Room may add my email address to their mailing list for Smash Brothers Rage Room updates and promotions, however, I have the right to opt out of such participation.
